A: Vedard is China supplier of brand alarm systems including burglar alarm and fire alarm.
Q: What brands alarm systems do you sell?
A: Through extensive research, we settled on a few brands alarm systems only. These brands are FOCUS Security Alarms, HB Solar Powered Beams, CST Fire Alarm Systems.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: Warranty period: 1 year, some items may have 2 years. Vedard Security will pay cost of the spare parts for following reason: -For factory faulty, the spare parts will be sent to you to repair. If you can’t fix them by yourself, you can send them back to repair -Sell a new one for replacement at 50% cost. Vedard Security will not pay the cost, for following reason: 1. Damaged by wrong operation. 2. Out of the warranty time
Q: How is the security of shopping on your store?
A: We accept Paypal secure payment. You will be redirected to paypal url to process payment. Our website is SSL certificated with data encryption. All your personal information are protected.
Q: How do you cooperate with business partner?
A: We provide wholesale discount price for repeat orders or large quantity orders. We offer specified security systems (for example, integrated fire alarm and burglar alarm) for specified requirement. We accept T/T payment with Proforma Invoice. We offer shipping by sea or other ways to save shipping cost.
Q: What is your Lead time?
A: The Lead time is depending on your order quantity. For samples, it is 2-3 days after receiving your payment. For large quantities or special items, usually it is 7-14 work days.
Q: How much is the shipping cost?
A: The shipping cost can be calculated on our system. Add items to the cart and select the delivery country to check the shipping cost. The shipping cost calculated is shipping by DHL, TNT etc. air express. For large quantity order, please contact us to offer discount shipping cost.
Q: How long is the shipping and how can I track my order?
